A full-bore ball valve featuring a 2-piece, CF8M stainless steel body that is fully lined with PFA. Suitable for use with strong corrosive mediums such as acid and alkaline by the petrochemical, chemical engineering, food processing, pharmaceutical industries.
The inner chamber and the ball are moulded with a corrosion resistant and anti-ageing PFA lining for reliable anti-corrosion and sealing. The lining is securely locked into the body with dovetails and locking grooves to resist shrinkage and allow vacuum application. The valve is supplied fitted with a hand lever for manual operation, and has a built-in ISO 5211direct mounting pad for easy automation. The valve features PTFE stem packing and ball seats.
Available in sizes: ½” (DN15), ¾” (DN20), 1” (DN25), 1½” (DN40), 2” (DN50), 3” (DN80), and 4” (DN100) with ANSI 150 flanged connections.
