A hygienic, manual butterfly valve with RJT male x male ends, suitable for use in food processing, dairy, brewing and cosmetic manufacturing, and general hygienic process applications. The valve features a forged 316 stainless steel body, a fully machined, and highly polished 316 stainless steel disc with an Ra value of less than 0.6 μm.

Supplied fitted with food grade EPDM seals as standard, liners conform to FDA requirements. Also available with Viton and silicone seals on request.

Sizes available: 1” (DN25), 1 1/2” (DN40), 2” (DN50), 2 1/2” (DN65), 3” (DN80), and 4” (DN100), with RJT male x male end connections. Available with an option for either a two position pull handle or notch lever, these butterfly valves can be used for on/off isolation, and with the notched lever handle, throttling of flow in line.

The valve has a working temperature range of -10°C to +120°C, and maximum working pressure of 10 Bar (water at 20°C). These valves are suitable for pneumatic on/off actuation, and an actuated version is available.
